The MTA is facing "the greatest crisis" in its history because of the pandemic, that’s according to a new report from Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
The report says MTA ridership is expected to drop 67% from last year and likely won't return to 2019 levels for another three years.
DiNapoli says if the MTA does not receive federal help, unprecedented service cuts and workforce reductions will follow.
