yesterdayA Shirley man has been identified as the victim in a broad daylight shooting in Port Jefferson.
Detectives say David Bliss Jr., 25, was gunned down Wednesday in front of a Dunkin' on Main Street.
Investigators say the shooting may have been triggered by an argument.
The gunman is still on the loose. Anyone with information is asked to call Suffolk's Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392.
