Police have identified the driver that is accused of DWI and flipping his car in Selden.

A viewer sent News 12 Long Island a photo of an overturned car in the middle of Adirondack Drive just south of Route 25 in Selden.

Police say Daniel Burke, 47, is accused of DWI and has a history of drunken driving.

According to police, Burke somehow got around his ignition interlock device and was able to drive a vehicle.

Burke was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and is under arrest on DWI charges.
