Are you ready for some fun? The countdown to the Super Bowl is on. 
Long Islanders are finalizing plans for Super Bowl 48 this Sunday. 
The players have finished their Super Bowl media availability requirements and today coaches will give their final news conferences until after the game. 
The Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks will face off at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
Ahead of the game, police are cracking down on fake merchandise and fake tickets that have scammed people out of thousands of dollars.
Super Bowl ads have been sold out for weeks and this year the price tags are pretty steep. 
According to reports, companies paid a record $4.5 million for just 30 seconds of TV time, but advertisers say the exposure is priceless.
Halftime this year will feature hit singer Bruno Mars.
