The period to weigh in on the state's controversial Common Core curriculum came to a close on Monday.
The purpose of the survey was for the state Education Department to get detailed feedback on the English and math learning standards.
After much criticism from parents and teachers, Gov. Andrew Cuomo earlier this year agreed to reform the curriculum.
Critics say Common Core is more focused on tests than whether kids are really learning.
