A Centereach man was sentenced Thursday to 20 years behind bars in the 2019 beating death of a teen.

John Mann IV admitted luring Henry Hernandez, 16, to a location known as the Sand Pit.

Authorities say that's where Mann duct taped the homeless teen and beat him to death.

Hernandez's body was found nearly a year later behind Mann's neighbor's house.
