CDC refuses to lift no sail order for cruise lines

The CDC says its order will now stay in effect until Nov. 1.

The CDC is turning down a cruise industry request to lift its no-sail order.
The order was issued in March of last year, and the Cruise Lines International Association voluntarily suspended all operations.
The CDC says its order will now stay in effect until Nov. 1.
The association is now asking the Biden administration to lift the order by early July.
