Bronx residents are heading to the polls Tuesday for primary elections.Those voting can expect to see new voting machines. The machines were designed to help voters who have disabilities and have trouble using the old-fashioned lever machines. The Board of Elections advises anyone with questions about voting locations, getting an interpreter or any other concerns to call 1-212-VOTE-NYC.
