Here’s what you need to know:
  • It’s cold this morning under a mostly cloudy sky. Temperatures are in the upper 20s to low 30s. Wind chills are in the low 20s.
  • Today will be sunny, cold and less breezy with temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. Wind chills will be near 30 degrees.
  • A clipper system will move into our area Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Cold rain will transition to wet snow showers after 12 a.m. on Wednesday through 7 a.m. on Thursday. Wet/slick roads are expected. Behind the storm, winds pick up with another cold blast of air. Highs are in the low 40s early, falling to the 20s with gusts up to 40 mph. Stay tuned for more updates.
  • It gets even colder and blustery Friday through the weekend. Highs in the 30s and lows in the 20s. Temperatures start to recover a bit to the mid-40s by next week.
