A Bay Shore man accused in a deadly wrench attack has been charged with murder, according to authorities.
Ricardo Siguenza, 32, was indicted on Friday. Prosecutors say he hit Carlos Cabrera in the head with a wrench in February.
The Brentwood resident was pronounced dead several weeks later.
Prosecutors say Siguenza had multiple past convictions.
