Police: Victim of Bay Shore wrench assault pronounced dead
Prosecutors say 44-year-old Carlos Cabrera, of Brentwood, was attacked with a wrench by Ricardo Siguenza.

Concerns mount as crime continues to plague Roosevelt Field Mall
yesterdayA Brentwood man injured in an assault on Feb. 25 recently died from his injuries, according to Suffolk police.
Prosecutors say 44-year-old Carlos Cabrera, of Brentwood, was attacked with a wrench by Ricardo Siguenza.
Authorities say the two did not know each other. Siguenza, 32, also has multiple past convictions.
He is being held on $100,000 cash bail.
