Residents of Winona Road in Baldwin are contending with a second apparent water main break in a matter of months.

Crews are on the scene working to remedy the situation.

Resident Sharon Fox tells News 12 she had a knock on her door from a police officer in the middle of the night, telling her to move her car.

She expressed concern over the infrastructure in the area.

In front of her house is a buckled road and sinkhole.

Fox described the intense force of the water as it rushed down the street and said it was "really strong" and "frightening."
