13h agoPolice say an 18-year-old man was critically injured in an overnight two-car crash in Mastic Beach.
It happened Sunday around 1:45 a.m. at the intersection of Neighborhood Road.
Detectives say a Hyundai carrying three teenagers was going south on West Riviera Drive when it struck a Toyota that was going east.
The Hyundai then crashed into a tree.
Police say Robert Ball, who was in the back seat of the Hyundai, was taken to the hospital.
The two other teens and the driver of the Toyota were treated for minor injuries.
