Another lawsuit has been filed against the owners Stony Brook restaurant where dozens of people got sick in September.

A Lake Grove family alleges that multiple people from their group got sick for days after eating at Kumo Sushi & Steakhouse.

The family filing the lawsuit say they were there for a baby shower.

Kumo Sushi & Restaurant served cooked rice that was stored at room temperature for too long, resulting in patrons getting food poisoning.
