Car goes up in flames outside Hampton condo complex

A vehicle erupted in flames Thursday outside a condominium complex in Hillsdale.
According to Hampton Township Fire & Rescue, crews received multiple calls reporting the vehicle fire at about 2:37 p.m. When they responded to the Hampton Commons complex, they found a sedan fully engulfed in flames.
Multiple engine companies arrived to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene for about an hour before returning to service, the department said in a social media post.
No other vehicles or homes were affected by the fire, and no injuries were reported. It is not yet known how the fire started.
