A Rockland County man has been accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 13-years-old.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 48-year-old Alber Rodriguez, of Montebello, was arrested on Wednesday.
The victim said the sexual abuse occurred over two years.
Prosecutors say the man recorded it.
If convicted, Rodriguez faces 15 to 30 years in prison.
