Around 800 people showed up for a 5K and rally in Plainview to show support for a local woman with paralysis.

The fifth annual Rally for Rebecca was held at Plainview-Old Bethpage Middle School on Saturday. The money raised will go to Help Hope Live, a foundation established to honor Rebecca Koltun, who was paralyzed from the neck down after a skiing incident in 2021.

Fundraisers like this help pay her medical bills and have raised over a million dollars for Rebecca in the past 5 years.
