A man has died after an overnight crash in Hicksville.
Detectives say a 51-year-old woman was driving eastbound on East Barclay Street around 2:30 a.m.
That is when police say she lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree near the intersection of Bay Avenue.
The 52-year-old male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was taken to the hospital but is expected to be OK.
