Police identify Island Park man killed while walking his dog
The 42-year-old was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. His dog also died.

Police say Paul Silvio, of Island Park, was fatally struck by a Mercedes while walking his dog Saturday night.
Detectives say it happened just before 9 p.m. while he was crossing the intersection of Austin and Saratoga boulevards.
The 42-year-old was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. His dog also died.
Police say the 27-year-old driver remained at the scene. No arrests were made.
