A Bellport man accused of stealing over $260,000 from his employer was arrested Thursday on multiple felony charges.

Fabian Delgado, 34, worked as a tax preparer for an auto repair shop in Patchogue between 2021 and 2025.

Prosecutors say he filed false sales tax returns 16 times and used the extra money for personal expenses.

Those purchases allegedly included mortgage payments, credit card payments, airplane tickets, food and Onlyfans subscriptions.

Delgado has since been charged with grand larceny, multiple counts of falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing.

He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
