The driver charged in the deadly crash at a Deer Park nail salon is expected back in court on Thursday.

Sources have confirmed to News 12 that a grand jury has indicted Steven Schwally on murder charges.

Schwally was initially charged with DWI in the crash that killed four people and injured nine others.

Police say Schwally's blood alcohol content was nearly double the legal limit.
