A Mastic man has been formally charged for allegedly committing seven burglaries in Suffolk County.
Prosecutors say 70-year-old Kenneth Eckhoff broke into the businesses between May 22 and June 25.
They say he broke into Carpet Depot in Lake Grove, a pizzeria, a clothing store, a nail salon and a Jiffy Lube.
Eckhoff's next court date is July 27.
