News 12 has learned that two alleged gang members have been indicted after shots were fired at a Medford home, hitting an 8-year-old boy.
Anthoy Pena, of Coram, and Ersen Kuas, of Middle Island, are facing assault and weapons charges.
As News 12 has reported, the 8-year-old was grazed by a bullet while he was asleep on his couch.
The incident happened last summer on Cedar Avenue.
The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office says the two men shot in a house in retaliation of a gang shooting earlier in the day.
News 12 has been told they are still searching for a third person involved.
