Police say two brothers from Suffolk County are accused of running a $5.5 million car dealership scam.

Prosecutors say the pair "bought" but never paid for 130 cars by lying on loan applications and forging DMV paperwork.

According to officials, Mark McCall and Keither Agard would see the cars online on Car Max and Facebook Marketplace.

An indictment charging 30 others in the scheme was unsealed on Wednesday.

Prosecutors say it had been going on for three years.
