The World Trade Center Observatory Deck is officially open to the public today.
The opening marks a milestone in the recovery from the Sept. 11 terror attack in lower Manhattan.
The world's fastest elevators will get visitors to the 100th floor in just about one minute.
The observatory takes up levels 100, 101, and 102 of the nation's tallest building.
Tickets start at $32 for adults and $26 for kids. Officials say 9/11 families do not have to pay.
