Police are searching for a woman they say robbed a 7-Eleven in Uniondale.
Detectives tell News 12 the woman walked into the store on Jerusalem Avenue and started taking items off the shelves on Sunday afternoon.
News 12 has been told an employee went up to her and offered her help and was stabbed several times.
The woman then took off with the items.
Police say the employee suffered arm and hand injuries and was taken to the hospital.
No arrests have been made.
