A woman, her family and local officials are renewing their calls for justice two years after an Elmont acid attack.
A man was caught on camera throwing acid at Nafiah Ikram in March 2021 while she was walking up her driveway.
No arrests have been made in the attack.
Ikram pleaded with residents to feel what it would be like to be in her shoes.
"Imagine how I feel as a human being living through this every day," Ikram said.
Nassau County police have already increased their cash reward to $50,000 for anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
