A man police are calling a "social media prankster" is facing charges of unlawful surveillance for several recordings made at businesses and homes.

News 12 found some of the videos Suffolk police say Kyle Vasquez posted to social media.

According to police, Vazquez, 21, dumped eggs on his head outside of Ralph’s Italian Ices in Centereach. He left eggs and eggshells outside of the store on April 29.

Police say they also learned Vazquez poured a bucket of beans on his head inside Wing Wah in Centereach the next day. He also asked three homeowners to use their bathroom and recorded inside without asking.

These incidents occurred between May 19 and May 24.

Vazquez was arrested at the home of a friend on Holiday Park Drive, Centereach, on June 2 at 8:20 p.m.

Vazquez, 21, of Coram, has been charged with three counts of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance, three counts of unlawful surveillance and two counts of criminal tampering.

News 12 tried to get a comment from Vazquez at court but he fled from reporters.

Orders of protection were issued for the victims in this case.
