After years of making pies in local pizzerias, Vinny Demarzo and his wife, Andrea, started Vincent's NYWF Pizza.
It's a wood-fired pizza food truck! The truck is usually parked in East Setauket.
"We opened a café inside the East Setauket gym before the pandemic hit. We had to close and pivot. We wanted to open a pizza trailer. I did pizza for nearly 20 years at that point, and I didn't want to return to it, but we didn't have another option," said Vinny Demarzo. The couple put all their money into their wood-fired pizza trailer. "There's no gas involved; we chop our firewood," said Demarzo.
The oven’s always blazing inside the food truck, and the duo makes tasty signature pies named after some of New York's favorite spots, like The East End, The Suffolk, and The Nassau.
For Vinny and Andrea - it's a thriving business - and now, with a baby boy in the mix, every pie they bake is topped with even more love! "We are grateful for the people, business, and family," said Andrea Demarzo.
The business does events and festivals.
