Woman dubbed 'hot dog hooker' accused of stalking man at East Rockaway store

The woman infamously known as the "hot dog hooker" was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stalking a man inside a store in East Rockaway.

Catherine Scalia is accused of continuously coming to the store where the man works, exposing her breasts and making antisemitic remarks.

The victim told police it has happened up to 15 times a day within the last year.

Scalia was arrested in 2013 for allegedly offering an undercover officer sex for money inside her hot dog truck.
