A West Babylon woman has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian last month in Stony Brook.
Police say Brenda Alvarenga fatally struck Gina Paduano with her vehicle March 7 on Route 347.
Alvarenga was expected to be arraigned Friday in Central Islip.
