This week, Caroline ranks Sunken Meadow State Park in Kings Park on a scale of one to 10 as far as best beaches go!
Sunken Meadow is similar to other state parks on Long Island, but on a smaller scale and with little to no waves it makes for a great spot to bring the kids.
There are concession stands, playgrounds and places to launch a kayak or canoe.
