Chef Gio, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make bruschetta on garlic toast.

INGREDIENTS:

5 ea. Plum Tomatoes (Small Dice)
¼ Red Onion (Small Dice)
5 leaves Basil (Chopped)
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Parsley (Chopped)
1 tbs. White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper (Ground)
¼ tsp. Garlic (Minced)
¼ cup Stracciatella
Drizzle of balsamic glaze
10 Crostini

DIRECTIONS

1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Place the crostinis on a plate and spoon the bruschetta on top of each crostini.
3. Top each crostini with a ¼ tsp of Stracciatella.
4. Drizzle each crostini with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil.
