Ingredients:
2 slices Sourdough Bread
4 slices Wisconsin White Cheddar
4 slices Delice de bougoune
2 slices Heirloom Tomato
4 slices Bacon
2 tbs. Butter
Instructions
1. Spread the Delice de Bougoune on one side of both slices of bread and set aside.
2. In an oven safe sauté pan on medium to low heat, melt the butter and place both slices of bread, cheese side up in the pan atop the butter.
3. Place two slices of cheddar on both slices of bread on top of the Delice de Bougoune.
4. Place the sauté pan in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheddar has melted, then remove from oven and place back on low heat.
5. Place tomatoes on top of one slice of bread.
6. Place the bacon on top of the tomatoes.
7. Close the sandwich by placing one slice of bread on top of the other slice.
8. Press down on the sandwich and cook for one minute or until the desired color is achieved.
9. Flip the sandwich and cook for one minute or until the desired color is achieved, then remove from pan cut in thirds and serve.
