1ea. 12 oz swordfish steak
2 tbs olive oil
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Season the swordfish with oil, salt and pepper.
Place the fish on a hot grill pan and grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
Remove from pan and top with the mango salsa.
½ cup Diced Mango
¼ cup Plum Tomatoes (Seeded) (Small Dice)
¼ cup Red Pepper (Small Dice)
¼ cup Red Onion (Small Dice)
1 tbs. Cilantro (Rough Chopped)
¼ cup Mango Juice
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and toss until all are incorporated. And set aside.
