What's Cooking: Grilled peach panzanella salad

Fresh peaches
Fresh baby arugula
Thin-sliced prosciutto
Sweet roasted red peppers
Oil
Salt and pepper
Toasted almonds
Fresh bread

-Lightly oil peaches, add a little pinch of salt and place on grill.
-Lightly oil pieces of bread and place on grill.
-Remove both bread and peaches from grill and place on plate.
-Toss prosciutto with the arugula, peppers and toasted almonds.
-Add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
-Serve the salad with the peaches and bread.
