Employees expressed security concerns to management days before the Black Friday trampling death of a Wal-Mart worker in Valley Stream.
A taped video meeting shows the employees asking for reinforcements in the hopes of preventing major problems.
?I was at the door last year, I just want somebody else out there with me ? that?s all,? an employee says on the video.
?We?ll have enough people at the door,? the manager replies. ?We?ll have overnight [security] that will provide a lot of people to help at the doors ? we?re going to do it a little differently.?
As the video goes on, the employee then requests guardrails and the manager remarks the store?s improved customer handling each year.
Police are studying surveillance video of the employee?s death, but say adequate security protocol was not taken.
