Residents across 11 Long Island villages will hit the
polls for a March election day today.
Residents will cast their ballots for judges, trustees and
mayors.
Some of
the most notable races are taking place in Greenport.
The challengers there were nearly left off the ballot
following a paperwork mishap last month. They're all back on the ballot now.
Polls open
at different times depending on the village, but all polls close at 9 p.m.
