A Lindenhurst man has been accused of committing voter fraud in the November election, according to Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney.
Prosecutors say Christopher Lindenberg, 54, submitted an early mail-in ballot as someone else and later voted in-person under his real name.
The individual he impersonated in the early vote was unable to cast their own ballot as a result.
Lindenberg was arrested by authorities on April 8 and arraigned on several felony charges weeks later.
