US News and World Report ranks 4 LI hospitals among the best
Several Long Island hospitals have been named the best by US News and World Report.
The annual list has St. Francis Hospital as Long Island's highest ranked. The hospital was cited for cardiac care, gastroenterology and geriatrics.
Saint Francis comes in at number four, Winthrop-University is seventh, LIJ takes the eighth spot and Huntington Hospital is ninth.
