A Uniondale man who admitted to running a drug trafficking ring on Long Island was sentenced Monday to 12 years in prison.
Orlando Ramsay, 49, pleaded guilty to selling opioids and other substances to small dealers across Nassau County.
The Nassau County district attorney says Ramsay is one of 40 people who was caught in the investigation known as "Operation Honeycomb."
