An Uber driver is accused of kidnapping a teenage girl in Nassau.

Prosecutors say Sean Williams picked up the 15-year-old from a Sweet 16 party in Atlantic Beach last month and was supposed to take her to Merrick.

Instead, they say the 32-year-old tried to bring her to his home in Brooklyn to sexually assault her.

Officials say the girl convinced Williams to let her use the bathroom at a McDonald's where she called police.

Williams is being held on $75,000 bail.

In a statement to News 12, Uber called the allegations "alarming" and said his access to the app has been removed.
