A teen was critically injured in a crash early Sunday morning in Suffolk County.
Police say 18-year-old Alanna McCarthy, of Huntington Station, lost control of her vehicle on Sweet Hollow Road.
The vehicle hit a guard rail and overturned.
Three passengers in the vehicle were treated at the hospital and have since been released.
