A teen is under arrest on accusations of stabbing another teen outside a fast food restaurant.

The incident happened at the Popeyes in Deer Park just after 8 p.m. Monday.

Police say 19-year-old Erick Hernandez-Rodriguez stabbed the 17-year-old in the parking lot after a fight.

News 12 is told the victim's injuries are not life-threatening.
