An investigation has been launched after a swastika was found at a Suffolk school.
It was discovered on the playground of Setauket Elementary School.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo says he is “directing the New York State Police Hate Crimes Task Force to immediately offer assistance in the investigation being conducted by the Suffolk County Police Department's Hate Crimes Unit."
The Three Village School District released a statement saying, “The district takes these matters very seriously and does not condone the use or promotion of hateful messages or references on our campus or elsewhere."
