An inmate at the Suffolk Jail was found dead in his cell.
The Suffolk County Sheriff's Office says Tommy Bisbal's death appears to have stemmed from a medical issue, possibly heart-related.
An autopsy will be performed Saturday, but officials say they won't have any information until next week.
Bisbal was accused of murdering a rival drug dealer and then torching his body in an SUV.
