One of the two suspects charged in the shooting death of NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller pleaded not guilty to weapon charges.
Lindy Jones was offered no bail by the judge during his return to court on Tuesday.
Prosecutors say Jones had a loaded 9 mm in the glove compartment at the time of Diller’s death last month.
Jones also has a separate weapon charge from last year.
Members of the NYPD packed the court to show their support for the fallen detective from Massapequa Park.
Jones could spend 15 years in prison for each of the gun charges.
The accused shooter, Guy Rivera, faces life behind bars without parole if he’s convicted.
