The Baldwin man accused of killing a South Hempstead gas station manager is fighting extradition to Long Island.
Joshua Roston, 33, was arrested earlier this month outside Philadelphia, days after he allegedly ran over Cemal Dagdeviren during an argument over a $22 gas bill at the Pit Stop station on Grand Avenue.
Police say Dagdeviren tried to stop Roston from leaving without paying for the gas.
Nassau County prosecutors will make their case at a hearing next month in Philadelphia to have Roston sent back to New York to face murder and hit-and-run charges.
