NEW: We're keeping an eye on a potential system Tuesday into Wednesday which could bring some rain and wind across the tri-state area. This will likely have some impacts on holiday travel by car and airplane from late Tuesday into Wednesday morning. Some spots to the north and west could see some snowflakes or ice mixed in with those gusty winds and bands of rain. Even a small chance of pea-size hail is possible within those rain bands further south.

OVERNIGHT: Clear, and blustery. Winds from the N at 10 mph. Lows near 30 but feels like 20s.
