Another beautiful day is on tap for tomorrow. It's going to be quiet until Thursday evening when we get a brief shower. Saturday looks like we will get more rain. Our "cooler" stretch continues. I just call this perfect football weather.
An approaching cold front will bring a chance of showers and storms Thursday night into Friday. A secondary front will move into our area on Saturday bringing chances of showers and storms. It's still too soon to tell if there's a risk of severe weather or flooding risk. Stay tuned for updates!
We're still under abnormally dry to moderate drought over parts of the city. If this current drought continues through the fall season, this will impact the foliage vibrant colors and shorten the foliage season. We'll continue to monitor drought conditions over the next few weeks and keep you up to date.
